Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Independent Contractor

About the role
As an independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom to set your own availability and run your sessions your way, working from our newly opened, fully equipped spa with treatment rooms and equipment. Walk-in and online bookings are already in place, so you can focus on your clients.
You’ll also have the chance to learn traditional Taiwanese techniques, such as Tui Na and foot reflexology, from our founder, who brings decades of hands-on experience in Taiwanese bodywork. We’re flexible, so let us know what you need.
What you'll do

Provide massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs

Conduct client assessments and keep clear treatment records

Help create a warm, professional experience for every guest
What we're looking for

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Valid professional liability insurance

Comfortable communicating with clients in English

Reliable for the hours you commit to

New graduates are welcome. Experience at a massage clinic or spa is a plus.

Commission split starting at 60/40 in your favour, plus 100% of your tips
