At Yilan Spa, we're committed to providing professional Eastern bodywork in a safe, respectful and welcoming environment. Please review our policies before your visit.
Professional conduct
Yilan Spa offers professional wellness services only. Sexual services are not offered under any circumstances. Any inappropriate behaviour or request will end the session immediately, with full payment required, and the guest may be refused future service.
Consultation before every session
Before your first session, we ask you to complete a short consultation form about your areas of tension, pressure preferences and any health conditions. This helps us tailor each session to your needs. Please let us know if anything changes before future visits.
Language and communication
Our team speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese and is still learning English. To make sure we fully understand your needs, we use a bilingual English–Chinese consultation form and a translation app during your visit. Please don't hesitate to show us where you feel tension, or tell us if you'd like more or less pressure. We'll always check in with you to make sure you're comfortable.
Comfort and draping
Your privacy and comfort come first. For body treatments, you'll be properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Foot treatments are done fully clothed. You can ask to adjust the pressure or stop the session at any time.
Health conditions
Please tell us before your session if you're pregnant, have recently had surgery or an injury, or have any medical condition. Some treatments, such as cupping, gua sha or hot stone, may not be suitable for everyone. Our services are for relaxation and general wellness and are not a substitute for medical care.
Arrival and cancellations
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session at the full price. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Guests under 18
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Payment and insurance
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include 13% HST or gratuity.
Our services are not currently eligible for insurance coverage, and we're unable to issue insurance receipts.
